Spruce Up Your Artwork

~Add an Extra Touch to Some Existing Art~

Are you familiar with “The Pink Palace?” It’s one of my favorite places on Earth. It’s the Don CeSar in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Don Cesar

It’s a luxurious hotel that sits on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s pink. It’s gorgeous. It’s the epitome of rest and relaxation.

One of my favorite aspects of the hotel is the quote that is found above the archway at the entrance. It states,

“Come all ye who seek health and rest for here they are abundant.”

I love it! It sums up what I think about when I think about our summer home. I want to be able to remember that quote daily. So here’s what I did…

When we purchased our beach house, my mother gave me this great canvas as a house-warming gift.

It’s the perfect place to incorporate my new favorite quote!

Using my Martha Stewart stencils and DecoArt craft paint, I got to work adding a little something extra to my artwork.

I placed my new canvas at the entrance to my beach house. Just as at the Don CeSar, this wonderful quote greets guests and reassures them of the wonderful rest and relaxation that can be found!
