It’s Not a Glass Slipper…Let’s Take a Vote

HomeGoods Glassware

Yesterday I visited one of my favorite places on earth…HomeGoods. It was one of those GOOD days! One of those days when you walk in and it seems like you love everything in the store. I gravitated toward the beautiful glass pieces. Gorgeous plates, bowls and vases.

Here’s a sampling…

I’m really getting into gold in home decor right now. It’s very striking and seems to make a statement.

Yellow and white zebra print….awesome! I love animal print and this is so different. Have you ever seen a yellow and white zebra?!?!?!

Love the gold and turquoise.  Very pretty.

The shape of this red bowl in so unique.  Look at the colors! It reminds me of the glass we found in Venice.

This yellow bowl looks like a tulip. This would be so pretty in a bathroom…maybe to hold some pretty petite soaps or as a bowl to put your rings, watch and bracelets in at the end of the day.

And the best part! They ranged in price from $7.99 to $16.99!

So what did I do? Went a little overboard and came home with 5 pieces…although 2 are gifts. That’s not too bad. Is it?

I’ll admit that I don’t NEED three gorgeous, great-priced, amazing, unique glass bowls…but…

Therefore, I need your help! You need to help me choose which ONE to keep. That’s right! I will only keep one! Just help me by letting me know your favorite.

LET’S HAVE A VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, I have taken each one and placed it in my house (to get a feel for it.) Vote for your favorite, taking into consideration only the bowl. Don’t judge it based on where I put it or how it’s arranged. That’s just so you can get a sense of how I might use them.

Here are the choices…

Beauty #1 ~ Pretty Peacock

Isn’t she lovely?! No ruffled feathers here!

Check out the lime green bottom. Love!

Beauty #2 ~ Charming Cheetah

I told you I love animal print.

It never goes out of style!

I think this one is so unusual, which makes it very cool.

Beauty #3 ~ Topkapi Treasure

I’ve named this piece Topkapi Treasure because it was made in Turkey. The Topkapi Palace is in Istanbul.

You know that “red is my signature color…” and I mentioned I was really liking gold right now, but I also LOVE this blue! The colors in this piece are so deep and rich.

So there are your choices.

Here we go ~~~~~ Time for the Poll!

Place your vote and I’ll share the results next week.
