Easy Fall Vignette From Shopping Your Home

~Apples, Pumpkins & Leaves~

Today I’m sharing a quick and easy Fall vignette that you can create in a matter of minutes. I was recently asked to create some Fall centerpieces for a Ladies Day event at my church. My first thought was to go out and buy supplies to make the arrangements. But then I realized that would be silly, when I had plenty of things in my home that would work. Plus, it would save some money.

I went through my house gathering pumpkins, pinecones, leaves, apples and a few other bits and pieces. The centerpieces turned out gorgeous and after the Ladies Day was over, I decided to use a couple of the arrangements to create a Fall Vignette in my home.

Throughout my house you can find a variety of apothecary jars. I filled a couple with some raffia, leaves, pumpkins, pinecones and apples.

The pumpkins and pinecones received a little metallic treatment of their own. I used Frog Tape to create shapes and stripes on a few of the pumpkins and the remaining received a full coat of gold or silver. Spray paint is a glorious thing!

I love the mix of the apples with the pumpkins. The brilliant red, orange and gold make a stunning statement.

Fall Vignette

This Fall Vignette was quick and easy because I used some of my existing Fall decor to simply fill jars. I layered and filled each jar until I had the look that I wanted. I wanted the colors and shapes to stand out and be the highlight of the arrangements. Take a moment and create your own Fall vignette by shopping your own home!
