Joy in My Christmas Kitchen
Today I’m sharing my kitchen that I decked out with some Christmas decorations, making it my new Christmas Kitchen!
I love my Christmas kitchen. In fact, you cold say I find “joy” in it….
I love the boxwood letters seen everywhere, but I decided to make my own out of some leftover garland. The “O” was easy…it’s just a wreath! The “J” and “Y”, I simply shaped from wired garland that I had cut into sections. After the letters were shaped and hung, I felt that they did not show up very well. I decided to wrap each one with red ribbon. The red color helps the letters pop!
Above my cabinets, I placed garland and added some berries. I arranged them in a random fashion. They are simply placed along the edge with the berry springs tucked and wrapped into the garland.
My weathervane is one of my favorite pieces in my kitchen. He sits perched above my cabinets.
The old red lantern looks great with the garland and red berries too.
I also placed them above my range top. The garland and berries are found throughout my Christmas decor.
Frosty’s magic hat sits in the center of our kitchen table. There are holly leaves and berries on the hat, which coordinates with my round placemats and napkins.
The adorable Christmas candy salt and pepper shakers were purchased last year at Cracker Barrel. I love them!
Bring a bit of JOY into your kitchen this Holiday Season!
Happy Holidays!

Thank you! I did not make the hat. I found it a few years ago at an adorable gift shop. So glad you stopped by!
Leslie, as usual, all of your decor is absolutely lovely! The hat idea is super sweet, and I really like the J O Y greenery in the windows. I’ll be doing this next year, my “plate” is full for this one. Merry Christmas!
